coupons and self de-authorizing Apps

Tonight I noticed smgumug.coupons.create doesn't require a description ( 1.2.2 & 1.3.0 ), but the web UI requires one ( especially when updating a created coupon w/o a description ) - Is this an issue/bug?

Is there way my app can de-authorize itself when it's done? Forgetting the token/secret is easy enough, but the App still lingers in a users authorized list.
