I have created a password protected gallery, and when I use the visitor view, I get the "No Galleries Found" Message.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

    Hi,

Can you email the help desk: help@smugmug.com and include a link to your site and the gallery? We can fix this for you when you do so.

Well, turns out that the the gallery was not only Password protected, but also unlisted.

Once I made it public, the gallery shows up on the main page as expected.

I was just trying to lock everything down, as I want my photos to only be visible to family members.

    Thanks!

I was going to guess that. Glad you found it! thumb.gif

There's a feature which I haven't used yet that allows you to have a sitewide password so no one but those with the password can view your site:

I've been with SM so long that this wasn't a feature back in 2005, so every one of my galleries is unlisted. I've got to play with this feature as it may ease some of the inconveniences of making everything unlisted.
