Lightroom on new machine - how to transfer w'marks/export presets?

I had several watermarks and export presets set up in Lightroom on Old Laptop. Would now like to transfer these to New Laptop - I could redo them, but it would be much easier not to have to.

What file do I need to look for to drop into the copy of LR on the new machine?

Thanks Andrew. Do you know what the actual file is called, or do I copy the whole directory?

Looks like files are distributed under many directories.

If i may ...

To find where your Lightroom presets are stored, choose Edit > Preferences (Lightroom > Preferences on the Mac) and select the Presets tab. Click the Show Lightroom Presets Folder button to be taken to your Lightroom presets folder. This folder contains subfolders of presets for everything from Color Profiles through Develop Presets to Watermarks and Web Templates each of which is stored in a separate subfolder according to its type. The whole preset folder should be relatively small, choose all or just the presets (folder) you want !

Tx! Figured it out once I knew which directory to look in. So easy to transfer once you can find where the info is stored
