Crop a single photo won't work on this one

I've tried to crop this photo several times now (hours later, and even a whole day later), and it just is not cropping:

I've cropped other photos in that gallery, like this one: http://www.winsomeworks.com/Travel/Rhode-Island/Cliff-Walk-Newport-RI/25140549_3BQ8DX#!i=2114213315&k=F7BgJZw . You can tell by the sizes, as the native size on that camera is 3264x2448, and the first one I linked is still at that size. All that aside, I will also add that the CROP tool has also been ridiculously slow lately. Cropping a single photo used to be immediate or nearly so. Lately you never know if it will eventually crop, because it can be 15 min. People aren't going to expect that kind of slowness on a tool they've relied on to be very fast (esp. the single photo crop) so I sure hope this is gonna change soon. Btw, I'll be traveling & can't give much in the way of responses until Tuesday. Thanks to anyone who looks into it.

It looks like there is a problem with the Original sized image on the back end. Can you please re-upload the image and try again?

Well, shucks...Now I just did a "Publish to FB" including that one. I'll have to mess with it later, maybe delete the FB one & start over with the one on my site.
