After spending quite a bit of time in the woods with my daughter looking for just the right leaves, the planned project did not turn out like planned. We decided to create something to hang on the wall instead and liked it so much I added it to the challenge anyway. The Floral is a brush, painted on. Each letter was cut out of the leaf with an xacto blade. 32 second shutter (2 second timer) painting the ceiling with a flashlight to get the shadows needed while laying flat on a piece of poster board on the floor.

I would still appreciate comments and critiques. :thumb

I like it... I didn't think using brushes to paint in non photographic elements was allowed tho. I could be wrong. Really cool idea.

I could have cut them into a sticker w/the plotter, stuck them to cardboard, photographed and overlaid them, but it didn't seem reasonable compared to adding all the extra steps just for exif when brushes are allowed, much like the cloning tool, healing brush, etc.
