No packages if Loxley is the print lab?

I am just 10 days into the trial evaluating whether SmugMug Business is for us & have been creating a pricelist etc. I would like to create packages e.g. five 7x5s & 2 8x10s for one price or buy an 8x10 & digital download of that print for a single price However as we are in the UK Loxley Colour is the lab we want to use & on the Packages screen the only options for the print lab are bayphoto whcc & ezprints.

Please say it ain't so!

Hi Nigel,

Unfortunately packages are currently only available for the US labs. It's a currency/accounting/VAT complication that isn't handled by the current implementation.

I'd suggest adding your vote to the request http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug/suggestions/3100725-allow-uk-customers-to-have-the-packages-option-thr

It is a known gap, but I can't offer any commitment to when it will be fixed.
