Don't take it too seriously. You just inadvertently opened yourself up for the peese to be taken from across the ditch!

    Hawaii Shots
Doing a little R&R in Maui and shot some surfers from my hotel window and then on the beach. First time, so I need to practice a bit but it was fun!

I was thinking how consistent the guy in 3 and 8 was. Nailed it every time. Not being distracted by sheilas or anything. Then I twigged. Takes some people a little longer.

Great pics! I was too busy lookin at the ammmm guys. Only surfin we have here in SW Indiana is the cornfeds being pulled behind the Chevy.

Looking at the picture of the bay with all the wind and spray. How do you protect your camera from that?

Tks for looking S/dancing. Thats actually not a bay but this beach on a windy day. It usually nice but some times it gets yucky.

I dont do anything to protect my gear...It is an L lens on the 20D so it should take a bit of rough stuff. I do wipe it over with a damp cloth once im home & i always always have the polariser on as its $60 to replace & protects the lens...I am much more likely to whack the lens on something than scratch it with sand.

Whoa! Now that's a nice place. Especially when I'm sitting here in 16 degrees with my long johns on. Kinda gives me a warm feeling. Ahhhh

    Love the shots.
