video malfunction

I have been using Smugmug primarily for grouping photos and video for display on web forums, esp ADVrider. I recently attempted to download some new videos created from a GoPro on Imovie. I downloaded to Smugmug using Macdaddy which is the way I have downloaded videos before. Now the new ones show in my Smugmug gallery as thumbnails only. I am unable to watch them in the larger window. Even worse, when I go to the "get a link" tab and copy the embeddable link onto ADVrider, I get a link code, but nothing actually displays on ADVrider when this is posted. This is also true now when I try to link videos that I have already previously linked from Smugmug to ADVrider successfully in the past. What has happened to the video portion of Smugmug? I am paying for the power level subscription and I cannot even upload any of my videos in HD. Even when I upload in lower resolution I am stuck as noted above. This is a real drag and a potential deal breaker for me with Smugmug. The ease of posting photos and video to ADVrider from Smugmug was the reason I got the subscription in the first place. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
