    Oh man, what a conflicting image. Humanity, confusion, surprise, pathos. My gut wants to say it's constructed or manipulated as I've never seen a shot like this out of Vietnam. But then, there must have been a ton of guys there taking a lot of shots that weren't news worthy but still great images.
