Down again? Why would anyone pay more for this?

So I login tonight to upload and half way through it fails. Now I see SmugMug is down. Seriously? Is anyone actually going to renew at twice the current rate? Lately it seems like every time I try to upload it's down. I'm up in March and there is no way I'm going to renew and keep going through this.

You know it might not be SM at all. It might be one of their service providers.

Lately this happens every time I have a big shoot that I need to upload. The funny thing is I don't see them refunding us for our inconvenience. I used to love SmugMug but I'm definitely starting to feel far more like a detractor than a promoter.

Hi Bob - As I mentioned on your FB post, we had a brief blip but are up and running now.

I freaked out a bit about this outage as well as it couldn't have hit at a worse time. But things like this happen. I'm just glad that the outages are relatively short and that SM works hard to keep it that way.
