How is this senior photo? what can be improved?

    Good photo! Just a few things:
    Straighten the photo a bit - seems to be leaning to the left just a touch.
    Possibly too aggressive with the skin softening (or it's just my screen? Someone else tell me I'm right/crazy here - her teeth appear to be softened and so is her chin.).
    Same, but the other direction with the eye enhancement.
    Top-left corner is way hot and pulling my eye.

    Her skin looks blurry and fake. Back off a bit on that. My guess is the girl is 17 or 18 - she probably has pretty good skin without a lot of retouching.

    The photo itself is great, the processing not so much. way overdone on the retouching, as others mentioned already. less is more :)
