unfortunately scheduled shoot time was 12 noon on a cloudless warm sunny day... did my best, while these are an improvement of what I have done in the past... I know I have a long way to go... your comments are most welcome...

    Been there done this. As I stare at my watch, watching the good light go away, heart sinking lower on every tick. You only other option would be a shade, held by another person or stand. The ones I like most, are the close ups, unfortunately the ones with Sun splash on them. But the skillset is there, that comes through the images.

    4 is my favorite. I like the mood and the graphic composition. In general, I like less posed looking portraits -- 7 & 8 in particular don't look very natural.
