Buying Frames Wholesale

I was just at a local dollar store and I see that they have some decent looking photo frames to be only a dollar. I'm looking to buy some in bulk. I was wondering if anyone here has any leads on getting some decent looking frames below a dollar? Of course this isn't for professional use. Just would rather use these than those cheap looking Tap folders.
