I don't know how 2 years went by this quickly! my babys birthday is saturday :lust

why why why is it so hard to shoot my own kids but I can do others?? maybe because I was going at it alone, and its hard to watch him and shoot at the same time I guess! anyway I am going back out tonight but with a friend to help keep him at bay.

he just woke up from a nap and was being a crab..i should've known better than to attempt this.

Love these! #2 and #4 are my personal favorites. I can't stop laughing at the last one. I'm convinced you had a pepper shaker with you and intentionally made him sneeze Laughing.gif. rolleyes1.gif

Haha, no that was definitely a full out wail as he tried to yank everything off of him! he wasn't happy (well not until we got to the playground ..) hopefully we are more successfull tonight. i'm thinking about leaving the hat behind though, i don't like it as much as I thought i would.

Loooove them. #1 is my favorite. The background is unfortunate, but that pose is priceless. 2 and 4 are incredible too.

    Overall great set.

4 for me. Laughing.gif @ 9, I had to deal with that at a paid shoot of a family I just met. Good times.

Great work girl. Love the fence shot, except the last of course, which brought a big laugh from me. 8 grandkids here. They don't call it, the terrible two's, for nothing. Nice to see how fast you are progressing in you're photography Lilmomma. Nice.

thank you all! Its interesting to see everyones favorites. I'm very happy with the few that did turn out but I should have more than 11 shots (total) from what we did, and I wish i could've gotten some more expressions out of him..because he definitely has them :)

No critique on the shots from me other than #7 is my favorite.

However, I will say to you, having raised 3 daughters to adult hood, that that last shot will be the one many years from now that will trigger the most memories - fondest - and those - shall we say - less fond.

FWIW - except for studio shots - pics of kids should be those that show them being kids, being who they are and the really good shots, who they may become.
