How do I set my ISO on the D200 to automatic? Or, can I? Me not bright.

It's in the custom settings menu. Go to the menu, select custom settings (the pencil), section b (metering/exposure), then b2 auto ISO. Set a max ISO, a shutter speed min, and turn it on. I recommend 800 max ISO.
