In need of really good walk around lens

I need help. I've got a D800 with the lenses noted below and need to fill the wide a bit. What would you chose? price is about equal on the two, I REALLY like the idea of a walk around lens like the 24-120 but wonder if it's wide enough. Any help is appreciated and I'm open to third party glass if it's on par with these two or better at similar cost.
Lenses:
Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 VR II
Nikon TC-20E-III
Nikkor 70-300mm VR
Nikkor 50mm f1.8
Tamron 90 mm Macro
Tokina 12-24mm (Old DX lens that I'm selling)

but I'd agree with the 24-120..
if you just want a versatile, somewhat-light lens.
Maybe the 24-85, but then it's not as long and not as fast on the long end...
I have to be honest though, I haven't picked up my 24-120 in AWHILE, because I usually slap on a 35 or 50 prime when I leave the house.
D800
16/2.8, f1.4G primes, f2.8 trio, 105/200 macro, SB900.
It never gets easier, you just get better.
With this pair I am covered ... .... ...I do find the 24-120 wide enuff most of the time and if not then I just shoot 2 overlaping landscape exposures or 3 overlapping portrait images... I did the same with in my very long film career ... ...
