Upload to Guest URL using API

Is it possible to use the Upload API functionality (http://upload.smugmug.com/photo.jpg) to upload to a 'Guest URL'? In otherwords use the API to anonymously upload an image to a gallery that allows guest uploads. The guest gallery has an albumID, but when I use it with the API I get a 'system error' response. (Uploading to that gallery works OK when I authenticate with username & password)

    I don't think there's any API functionality for that at this point. Otherwise I would say the API docs for uploading would have been updated to reflect such an addition.
