I took this at a cemetery down from my house. I keep coming back to it for some reason. I'm not particularly religious, and it's not that great of a photo I don't think.

Does it do anything for anyone else?

The crucifixion is a compelling image; one that "speaks", regardless your religious affiliation. This grave marker is obviously very well-done but its location leaves a lot to be desired. What the means for you, however, is that you've been given a blank canvas and the reason you are drawn to it is because something in the back of your mind is telling you this.

What I would do is learn how the light strikes it as the sun goes from rise to set and then wait until it is more dramatically lit or until the sky behind it is either filled with striking storm clouds or a blood-red sunrise/sunset. It will be trickier to pull off a sunrise/sunset sky behind it, so perhaps start with dramatic clouds. If it is lit at night, that might be an interesting take, too. (Heck, you could have a small series of just this one grave marker.)

Here is an example of what I did with a similar view that I drive past frequently:

Once I got the idea in my head, I simply waited until the weather cooperated.

    Hope this helps,
    PJ.

That is quite a scene to pass by every day, thanks.

Mine was just after sunset. I was hunting foliage actually.
