API Docs in downloadable format

I'm about to get on a plane and would like to review the SmugMug API docs so I can start writing code against them. Unfortunately I've found that not only is there no PDF or HTML version of the documentation, but the Confluence site that you're using has PDF export disabled and even the mighty 'wget' can't mirror the appropriate pages correctly.

Would the admins be kind enough to provide an export of the Confluence space as a PDF? I understand that the official API docs are living documents when in wiki format, but it might be handy to have a downloadable copy, even if it is somewhat out of date.
