Publish to Facebook not publishing

I tried two publishes to Facebok from SmugMug over an hour ago and the photos still haven't appeared. Normally the delay is less than 15 minutes; is something broken right now?

I just uploaded to my Facebook albums using the Publish to Facebook feature. Smaller quantities went right up, but the larger quantity is moving slow. We had another report of this today, as well, so I have asked for someone to take a look, and see what might be going on. I can't promise he'll be able to help, as we're not sure what the problem is. If he cannot, we'll be sure to get the right parties notified.

The publishes seem to go through after 12+ hours; is someone looking at this problem?

Personally, I don't see any issue and the photos I published showed up fine on Facebook.

In what browser version and operating system did you try to publish? Does it work on another browser?

Can you remove the SmugMug app from your Facebook apps and then give it another try? Make sure that you grant all the permissions for the app that it's requesting.

If you still have an issue, contact us at the HelpDesk directly with details on the browsers you tried and whether you've already completely removed the SmugMug app from Facebook and added it back. Also include to the gallery you last tried it with.
