Accidentally cancelled subscription, how do I resubscribe.

I've been offline for a few days, when my Smugmug subscription was due, and didn't realise that my card on my Amazon account had expired. After coming back online and seeing the emails telling me payment had failed, I logged onto Amazon and changed my details. The payment failure emails kept coming and eventually Amazon cancelled the subscription.

"We are sorry, but your payment of $40.00 for SmugMug's subscription has failed. As per our policy we have canceled the subscription. You may re-subscribe to SmugMug by logging onto their website."

I tried to log onto Smugmug but it now tells me to check my login details and my account nefootsteps.smugmug.com brings up a 404 error. I tried resetting my password, but even the temporary password I am emailed fails.

I haven't received a single email from Smugmug during this time - no notice that my subscription needed to be renewed, no notice that payments were failing and no notice that my account has been closed!

I just want to log on and resubscribe but I can't find any way to!

    Hi,

    Please email us, and we can give you access to your account, and help get that fixed. Due to the failed renewal, Amazon canceled your subscription. It will be fine, as long as you'll be able to resubscribe right away.
