I too like the color but on my monitor (which is spyder 4 calibrated to dang near perfection), there seems to be a bit of color migration into his skin tones. I think it is a little reflection of the color in his shirt (a slight lavender) but it seems somewhat to sallow the skin tones rather than brighten them. I'd dupe that layer, isolate the skin tones and do a tone adjustment to desaturate the color cast.
