A few waterfalls

Just got back from Costa Rica so I'll be sharing some photos of my trip. Thought I start with a few shots of some waterfalls we saw. I don't shoot running water and I don't think I nailed the shutter drag on all the shots. I think the last is the best but overall, I'm really happy with all of them.

Thanks David. I had a blast. Only wish I had more time or less rain. It started raining almost everyday around 2PM until about 6pm so that meant we started each day at 5AM. It was great though. I want to go back. Still have other places to see.

Beautiful falls. Really like 1 and 3 is my favorite of this series.

Thanks Zoomer. I can't decide which is my fav.

I like #4 the best. The view of being below the falls is nice.

I"ll also buck the trend and say I like 4 the best, the low angle is engaging, and i like the terracing in the fall. Is it slightly tilted though?

Thanks. No tilt. It's the perspective.

Very nice, I have been looking at Waterfalls for the last several weeks here with all the fall colors (where are yours rolleyes1.gifrofl).. It was a nice change. I would love to visit there with a little more time other a cruiseship stop over.

Thanks Randy. These are fall colors... for Costa Rica. mwink.gif

You know, the wife and I have considered taking a cruise for years but the idea of only having a half day or so to explore a destination always turns us off. I think when we finally do take a cruise, it will be to Alaska. That seems to be the place to go on a ship.
