#3 gets my vote just because you got it that sharp with such a long pan. My 70-200 is my favorite lens, but I have the old model with a slightly slow focus.

Great panning I haven't tried that slow of shutter speed yet are you using a image stabilizing lens?

Some seriously fine work here. #3 and last one are my picks - very high degree of difficulty. Superb.

Life is good with a 70-200/2.8 in your bag eh? #3 is amazing - either you are a surgeon or you got very very lucky at 120mm 1/30!! Enjoy the glory!
