I hike a lot and probably take more trail shots than I should, but I've been working on making them better and this fall has been a great season for them.

    Thanks guys. Wow, that #2 sure is popular. It's funny because I always take a few like that when I'm there. You can't NOT, the trail is so straight and inviting, but somehow lots of them just don't translate, you know? But that one I did a double-take on when I got it in Lightroom. I almost didn't take it at all. Another walker just past me in bright clothes (like neon pink and blue) and walked straight into that scene. While she did it started raining. Almost packed it in. Glad I didn't.
