Small spider on a water barrel


Laceweb spider with raindrop - think this is a male Amaurobius species


Large orbweb female- Araneus diadematus


Red spider mite on bush oak leaf about 1mm body length


Small orbweb spider- Araniella sp. think this has got one of those external wasp larva parasites (between the abdomen and thorax)


Since when were aphids this big ? - tiny spider with an aphid (taken at 4:1)

Looking at the large orbweb spider answers my question as to why there are not many ladies in this part of the forum. Very good angle you got there.

You may be right about the ladies but I have seen comments that looking at spider photos helps people get over arachnophobia.
