I think that is a Great Egret, isn't it? I like the setting--looks like a good fishing spot for that bird! The colors are nice. The one thing that you could fix next time is the exposure of the white bird itself. (I know this because the same thing happens to me so frequently, though not as often since Harry clued me in.) The Egret's feathers are so white that you cannot see any details at all. Next time when you photograph an Egret, set your exposure compensation to underexpose by whatever it takes (for me, it is somewhere between -1EV and -2EV usually) so that you can see the detail in the feathers.
