Had an incredible 12 days in the Canadian Rockies. Hit 4 national parks, a number of lakes, waterfalls and rivers. The photos I got are better than usual. Mostly due to it's a lot easier to take acceptable pictures of great places than the other way around.

Here are 5 of them. As always they are in need of your comments and help.

Thanks

Mike

Nice views Mike - It looks and sounds like a fantastic trip.
I like #2... Although dark overall, it captures that "dusk" time nicely.

Thanks. The trip was as you describe. It was our first real trip to Canada and was way up the "impressive" scale.

I was lucky to get to also visit the Canadian Rockies last year. An awesome place indeed!

Nice series. My favorite is #3. Great colors. Looks like that image was taken from the observation deck.

Randy. Thanks for the comment. Yes I was on the observation deck.

Tried to get a good shot on Whistler's Mountain of Jasper. Got no where close to the shot you posted. Things were very smokey from a fire in British Columbia. So all I got was a lot of atmospheric haze in a lot of shots - all over.
