What I think was my last shoot before I head indoors for the winter (MAYBE) was with the gorgeous and beauteous Erica.

Click the first image for the Gallery, of course.

Love the last two. Some of the body angles are driving me bonkers with the black outfit. Seems very un-natural.

    Thanks for the comments.

Also, thanks to all for another season of carping, nagging, nit-picking and otherwise forcing me to alter what I do on a shoot and helping me advance in this hobby. No matter how much we disagree, or even sometimes argue a bit, I value every word I read on here, whether on my stuff or others.thumb.gif

Starting Sunday, I move indoors with Aenna and Ann Marie. Get ready for a whole new generation of " how did he screw up this time". rolleyes1.gif

7 and 8 for me look good. The other poses don't look natural.

I LOVE #2. 4 and 6 are nice too. Which just goes to show how subjective photography can be. The pose on #2 is so unnatural I personally think it works great because of that.

    Thanks all.thumb.gif

Dogwood, I totally agree that there's a lot of subjective elements in this hobby. That's why I tend to listen to technical C&C but not so much to matters of personal style or taste. If an image is technically solid (lighting, exposure, color, etc) I don't care overmuch if someone likes a particular pose or not.

Good attitude....though for the record, I don't like the "model-y" poses either. Do love the Metro North shot though.
