Help with Seeding a Gallery

I'd like to know the simplest way of taking shots of my photo galleries and copying them over into another gallery that is named "my favorites".

I'd like to keep them in the original gallery, but again have them appear in a My Favorites Gallery.

I could go to my original images on my computer and copy them over one at a time, but would be a messy time-consuming situation.
