Was playing a little this fall and just revisiting these shots for the heck of it. Came across several like this but i liked this one a lot. Just having difficulty deciding on the crop so i thought I'd ask you all for your thoughts.

I feel that the gratuitous and unnatural placement of the tattoo detracts from this image. nod.gif

I like the 1st picture more than the 2nd.

Her eyes catch my attention and it seems to work better with the rule of thirds.

If it's an image of her, definitely crop # 1.
If it's a tear sheet, the negative space is for ad copy.

    She's beautiful either way.

Try a horizontal crop just above her arm. The legs ruin the shot for me and you can't crop them out because of her right hand placement. I think the shot would be really great with just the head.

So I took your suggestion and thought "Square", so Here's a 1x1 crop.

I can do the 2x3 horizontal crop too but I think this pretty much Rocks!! I kinda dig the "Harsh Lighting".

This one has sooo much more impact. I know its hard but you've got to look at everything before you pull the trigger or at least "chimp" after the first shot. Her blouse is causing a problem, but I love this crop. Great shot. Maybe a tad more room to the viewers left.

Do you have one that shows more of the vehicle she is sitting on? I think that would make the tattoo a little less noticeable. I do like the last one posted the best. Great eyes and hair!

Gary, I went at looked through the pile(Pretty big Pile) and found this one with more of the car, more of her and a different pose. Tats are hidden in this one.

    i-TVr2NTR-L.jpg

I have several from this set that have one or both of her arm tats visible. I thought of posting from them but they are, well, maybe a bit racy. She's still dressed the same and all parts are covered well but the poses COULD be to subjective(depends on the viewer).

I was referring to image #1, her sitting on the car, with more of the car visiable, or just not cropped so close. That would make her a bit smaller in the photo and the tatoo not as visable, at least a little harder to see. But the last one you posted is awesome too! I could see this one in a custom rod magizine!
