    I'm not a big B&W fan, but you're last two threads are strong images to me. Great intensity and action. I'm not fond of that guy on the lower left on this one, kind of blocks the horse moving forward, but nice images.

    Me either but the two guys (one facing and the one you pointed out are a necesary part of the action as they control the start of the action. The only other way to get this shot is almost directly in front and I'm not that brave (or stupid) and in any event, no one would let a photographer get in that position to start with. I connived every possible vantage point to try and take them out of the scene but to no avail...and I think I am not so much bothered by their presence since I now know their function. On my next venture out into a rodeo venue, I'm going to go for a longer lens and try another POV. This is all a new learning experience for me, one I find particularly exciting. Thanks for the comments.
