Is this a rodent?

Harry, what about this one? Does an armadillo equate to a rodent?

Usually when I see a turkey vulture with an armadillo, one of them is carrion. Not so this picture.

Definately not a rodent. That's an opossum on a half shell and therefore a marsupial :D Unusual seeing one shell side up though.

I've never thought of armadillos as a rodent! I've always categorized them in the same group as a sloth or anteater. Actually the only armadillos I've ever seen have been road kill will an can of Bud on their hands! (must be a southern thang) :D

Now that's an unusual shot! Nice capture, Pam.:D

Poor Buzzard is having a conundrum:

    A) It's alive...B) Look at that damn shell, and...C) I'm hungry!!!

Not a rodent but most definitely a pest. I've had one digging holes by my landscaping for awhile.
