An athlete (ladies, take a breath first)
So, a fellow, who I've been learning my workouts from, has recently competed in a local competition, and was granted a pro-card. He didn't really care to compete before, from what I gather, and pro-upgrade came as a surprise to him (but not anyone else, really.)
This guy is amazing. an IT manager by day, and a gym-ohoilc by night.. extremely helpful and down to earth guy. I was very lucky to get a chance to work with him.
The shoot took place last Saturday. Our gym was kind enough to allow us to shoot on premises since both of us are members.
Now.. my flash died on my in first 15 minutes (who would think that I needed batteries, eh?), so I was forced to move to 1600+ iso range.
results:

I truly admire this guy. I hope I can be as humble and helpful should I even reach his heights.
