Dead link in the Buy menu?

Hello Dgrin peoples :) I've spent a bit of time reading through your forums in order to get my Smugmug site up and running, but this will be my first post.

I have had no trouble at all with galleries/buying options until now. I set up this gallery for a friend to buy a 4x8 slimline Graduation announcement for her daughter. When I set up the gallery and applied the price list for the cards, I did a test run through the buying process and it worked fine. When the mom tried to order this evening she called and said it wasn't working... when I went to the gallery I found that when the "Buy" button is clicked, the "This Photo" selection at the top is now dead :( I have gone through all the settings and pricelists and cannot figure out why it suddenly stopped working. When I ran through it the first time it worked fine, and the order was to be placed through Bay Photo. The only way the mom could get it to work was by using the small shopping cart icon just below the image, and when the order was placed it went through EZ Prints instead of Bay Photo.

I am sure the quality of the cards will still be just fine, but I am wondering if anyone knows why this link might suddenly stop working? I am sure it must be something I am missing :/

    Hmm, the buy button > this photo option works fine for me in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer 9.

    What browser version does your mom use? Can you make sure she's using a supported system?

    If the browser should be supported, maybe clearing the browser cache resolves the issue?
    If not, a different browser might do the trick. Google Chrome is available from.

    I have had several customers lately to tell me that when they attempt to order, their cart empties itself without the order going through.

    At what point of the process do they get stuck? What specific browser version do they use? Note that for the checkout process to work properly, their browser needs to accept cookies from us.

    If they still have an issue, it would be best for them or you to contact us directly at the HelpDesk with details.

    I have had one of my customers say that they tried to buy, and could not. They added things to the cart, but then when she went to purchase, the cart was empty. She got frustrated, and stopped trying. She told me her cookies were enabled.

    I asked her to just send me the photo numbers, but it looks like it is just a lost sale.

    I have had one other sale since then, so it must be working for some.

    Did she add a quantity for each item?
