Image size in DG from Smugmug

When posting in a forum linking to an image in my SmugMug gallery.
the size of the image in the forum is different from the size in my
gallery.

This image in my gallery is 1200 x 1800 px, but when posted in a
forum using 2XL appears as 640 x 960 px.

Is there some rule of thumb that can be used to know what the
forum size will be? When a single image is used in a forum post,
I'd like that image to show at 800 px wide. The other dimension
will vary by image.

Click on "Full Size" below your pic.

There's a script to limit the size so that it displays in the space available.

I know that, but that's what the viewer can do. It's what's displayed in the
forum without an action by the viewer that I'm asking about.
