I think this is the common Cockchafer (May Bug) larva (Scarabaeidae Melolontha). Find this larva in rotten wood.

I found that I was wrong about this larva,
the habitat is wrong for "May Bug".
This is the larva of Dorcus parallelipipedus (Lucanidae) beetle, I'm pretty sure since I found this bug (dead one) nearly the same rotten wood.
