help with a pose for 3 adults

I need some Ideas on Posing 3 adults. My soon to be mother in laws wants a picture of her son, daughter and I for Christmas. I will be taking the picture and using the timer on the camera I'll need to be able to get into my spot easily and quickly. I would also like ideas for a serious and fun pose for us. Since I'll be using the timer i really don't want the fun pose to look fake. I'm at a loss please help!
