    I think it's extremely hard to make concert shots interesting. Folks on stage with strained singing faces or in odd poses pretty much always leaves me cold. But, I think you're getting into the fun of it with the 2nd and 4th shots, abandoning the crowd shots in lieu of some interesting juxtapositions. One nit, the colours feel really hot. Possibly too much vibrancy?

    The top shot is what I'd call an "establishing shot". When I do a series, I try to get one that takes
    it all in so any subsequent shots that show a partial scene make sense. In this case, I liked the
    setting because most concerts are on elaborate stages. This setting dwarfed the group.

    I shot the other three with the group in view because (except for the three girls) what they
    were doing wasn't all that interesting without the context of being at a concert.

    Well done series - lots of interest.
    #4 is engaging because of the absence of an audience and the implied, extreme indifference by those that are there.

    I agree. #4 is the best of the series.
