Been Waiting over 17 hours to hear back from Help Desk

here is the email I sent to the help desk around 12:27 Am This morning:

    The last email I'm seeing from you was from 3 months ago. I won't post which email address I search with, it's the one associated with your SmugMug account.

    Being redirected to your billing page when logged in? That's because your credit card information needs to be updated.

    'takes me to a non existent Zenfolio gallery' - You changed your domain name to point to your other site and forgot to remove it from your SmugMug account settings.
    You can log into your SmugMug site and remove your domain name from the Account Settings under 'Style > Custom Domain'.

    If you would like us to remove the domain name from the Account Settings, email the help desk and we'll have to verify your the account owner, then we'll remove the domain name for you.

    My billing info is not out of date until the due date.......

    When I log in I am logging in thru the SMUGMUG address, not MY PRIVATE DOMAIN Name...so I am logging thru artscottfotografie.smugmug.com......I should still have full access to my site....it is mine until Dec16, according to the renewal notice.....I am not renewing... I do how ever need access to download my Galleries, which I cannot do...

    Changing my Godaddy Acct to point to Zen should have absolutely nothing to do with clicking on the categories and being forwarded away from my sm Account....

    Write the help Desk... I did so last night at 12:27am... my copy is in my sent box at the email associated with my account.

    I removed my custom domain and I still get forwarded to an empty { Sorry, the page you were looking for cannot be found. } gallery on Zen... I am simply clicking on the category image to open the category to get access to the galleries....

    Now If you want to restore my site to as it was on 11-2- then do a zip of the whole site including text pages and send that to me...I'll go away... ... and once I get all of the files, I'll imply close my account....MYSELF.

    so sent this to the help desk along with the original i sent last night...also.

    I can view your site just fine in different browsers using your http://artscottfotografie.smugmug.com/ address. Can you clear your browser cache and try again?
    If the problem persists, what browser version do you use?
    Can you give it a try in a different browser?

    I had already cleared my Cache, that seems to be the 1st thing you all always want done before trying to fix a prob .... so it was cleared each time I tried to get into the site....so that equals about 10 times per day...

    My Browser is FireFox16.0.2 this is the browser I use for all my Signed in as owner work....
    IE8.0.7601.17514 is used for viewing as a visitor only.
    These are the only browsers i use and FF is the only 1 I actually care about.

    The Smugmug cookies also need to be cleared for log in problems.

    I had cleared everything... everytime..which meant nothing was stored, no sign ins no passes..which is fine....

    Now at 9:37am all is working again...now I can get busy downloading my images to get the account closed.
    But still no answer to the emails... ... ...

    Art, as Rich mentioned for the email address we have on file for your SmugMug account, we did not receive any recent emails on the HelpDesk from you. What email did you use to send your message?

    Sebastian, the email I use is the same as my sign in email...has been ever since I changed that email ... a long time ago....
