    +1 about the guarantee. I haven't used it a lot, but when I do need it, Smugmug makes me look like a hero. Just one more reason I'll be sticking around. I can count, on one hand, how many prints I have had to replace in the 7500+ prints I have sold.

    Yup, I concur!

    I've only used the guarantee once (corner of a print arrived slightly bent) but it was super easy and fast to fix. Pretty stand up service if you ask me.

    I'll third or fourth that. Ordered a metallic paper print, first order ever from Smugmug. Came in a roll tube (12x18 photo) and it had a crease in tube like it got stepped on in mail truck. Yep, print was creased in a couple places.

    Sent an email and had a new photo in a couple days. Amazing! I saved the old one to show people and sell Smugmug and Bay Photo. thumb.gif
