Adobe makes it hard

Two weeks ago, I purchased a download for Elements 11 at $99.95 from Adobe. Today, I see they are selling the download for $59. I call to find out if they'll offer a refund. They tell me I have to deactivate and uninstall my program, they will send a refund for the entire $99.95 then I can repurchase at the lesser price and reinstall. It would have been much easier to just offer me a $40 refund to my account and not have to mess with uninstall and reinstall...oh well. In the end, I got the same program for $40 less than I paid two weeks ago. Good customer service.

    Hard, but not impossible. They could have just said tough luck. mwink.gif
