Sunday, at the San Diego Zoo.
Using Randy's most excellent Gorilla portrait as inspiration, I headed straight for the Apes.... they co-operated nicely.

    #1 as well - great depth of field. B&W really makes it stand out.

    A wonderful set ! The piercing eyes in the first image really pop out .

    I was lucky to be about 6 or 8 feet away (with just the enclosure glass in-between) and got the bokeh.
