Yeah, the skin is blown out, but I love how the background colors complement her eyes and hair. Great creative choice.

I love the skin tone now, but the BG is a bit distracting.

Like Brett said, I do like the eyes matching the BG, but I feel that it'd be even better if the BG was more exposed. Maybe selective exposure in post?

I agree with the others on all the photos. Each post was an improvement and the 3rd one was the charm. Great subject and placement getting her hair and eyes to work with the background.

I'd go the other way. Underexpose the background and the subject will pop out. The background exposure is too close to the subject exposure.
