this is a photo of lake ice taken on thanksgiving.

Thank you Brian. my camera made me work for this one. after seeing some of the stacked focus macros in here i will have to try that out.

good depth in the bubbles, yes focus stacking would make a good challenge .

did you shoot natural light ?

Yes i did, with a polarized filter to help with surface glare.

Btw this was a hand held shot, no tripods or bags to help with stabilizing.
