Nikon 70-200mm VR II

Looking to pick up a lightly used 70-200 VR II. Would prefer a local pick up since I would like to see it first but am open to shipping.
I am in Orange County NY and willing to travel about 70 miles in any direction to pick it up.
Price is open for negotiation but obviously I am looking for the best overall deal available (condition vs price).

BTW, if anyone knows of any place offering deep discounts on new ones I'd love to hear about it.
This place is on my maybe list (but I`ve never dealt with them before).
