    This is a totally awesome one of a kind shot that blows me away! KUDOS Chris!

    However, the challenge is more toward you actually painting with light and creating it. At least that was my thought and intention was for people to experiment more with slower shutter speeds and such.

    The description of Painting with Light on all the tuturials out there have a specific technique. So as for the ruling, I will say that this does not follow the technique and thus would not be following suit with the challenge theme. Sorry, but its still an awesome image!

    Thanks Joyce I was going through bird shots that I took between storms. When I saw it I thought of the challenge. Posted it for fun. I promise I will work on my own painting:D
