Dear SmugMug Support;

My Firefox browsers upgraded to 17 this week. I have several galleries that are not showing correctly in the new browser.

See these links:

the Hills gallery is set to SmugMug and the Skies gallery is set to Thumbnail. Both worked correctly before upgrading my laptop to 17. Both of these galleries have the JFriend slideshow implemented.

Both still display correctly in Chrome.

Regards,

    A little further research... It seems to be a refresh issue. The progress 'spinners' continue to turn on the pages when first loaded. If you stop the load and then reload the pages everything appears.

    I can't reproduce the problem here in a newly upgraded Firefox 17 on those two galleries. I'd suggest you clear your browser cache to make sure you're starting with a clean slate.

    What OS are you running?

    Dale,
    It seems you might be using an older version of the slideshow - at least in the top java script box of your customizations it says you're still on version 1.0 - there's version 1.2 available right now. I would suggest that you update it to the latest version and then clear your browser cache.

    Sebastian, since there are no known issues with Firefox 17 in any version of the slideshow, I'd prefer that the OP first answer my questions before changing the slideshow version. Yes, they should eventually upgrade to the latest version so they have IE10 compatibility, but I'd like to do a little troubleshooting first and that's why I responded in this thread.
