I like this photo enough to pick it apart. It's such a good catch.
1. The angle is disturbing. I don't know how you got higher than the subjects,
but I'd prefer a straight-on view.
2. This wants color. The seated man is almost indiscernible, but in color he'd
be a deserved part of the image. I know posting in b&w is almost a religion here,
but some photos deserve color.
3. Post larger versions. That's a busy, busy, scene. A small image makes everything
jammed in. With a larger image, we see the parts that make the scene.

Still, I like it.
Well said, I agree specially with point 1 about the angle. Color or BW is a very subjective decision but some pics naturally lead you to one or the other. In this case it is hard to say without seeing the color version.
Thanks for the comments. Here's the color version, what do you think? As to the angle, this was one of those shots where I was walking up a street with a pretty steep slope and turned around, shot what I saw. The angle does look really high, but I don't remember standing on anything, shot at 24mm therefore a little distortion, so a bit of a mystery. I'm tall, so I probably squatted down a bit for it.
I prefer the color version. The seated man plays more of a part, and the standing man's
belly shows up a bit more. Both are interesting features of the shot.
