    He is one of the nationally ranked men in the Physique category, as opposed to Bodybuilders which get much more massive. Damir is 6'3" and about 230 lbs.

    Physique is a crazy category. Just plain crazy.

    They have to work as body builders, but sculpt their body in a completely different manner - BBers' goal is to get as big of a muscle as possible, for these guys, the goal is to be in perfect shape and balance; they are judged on the way the muscle has been developed, how even the said development is and was.
    Way, way harder than body building imho.
